Get ready to build for the future through missions and ministry with Under Construction: A Habitat for Humanity Vacation Bible School presented by First Baptist Church & Columbia St. Baptist Church. A very special VBS experience, Under Construction welcomes preschoolers (3-4 year olds) through 5th graders (completed) to share Christian faith through service to the church and to the community beyond the church. The Vacation Bible School program will be conducted at First Baptist Church, 56 Center St., Bangor, ME on July 18-23 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm each evening.

Under Construction is a missions action children's Vacation Bible School designed to share the love of God and encourage the growth of Christian service habits among preschoolers and children. Under Construction was developed in full partnership with Habitat for Humanity International. The program is biblically based, uses a construction theme, and involves the children in activities that teach the value of “building” Christian community and participating in outreach service missions. Program elements include Bible theme activities, worship, music, dramas, community stories, and special craft projects for the children.
